1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phl333 website at phl333.org, creating a player account, or using any service offered by phl333, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the phl333 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the phl333 website or mobile platform. phl333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID card. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. Any winnings accumulated on such an account will be voided and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the phl333 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phl333 account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the phl333 cashier page. phl333 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the phl333 cashier page. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification. Additionally, any deposit made must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of that deposit amount is permitted, to prevent money laundering through the platform. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

phl333 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that triggers anti-money laundering (AML) review procedures. In such cases, phl333 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus conditions applicable to all phl333 promotions include:

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

11. Termination and Suspension

Nothing in this section shall prevent phl333 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
